The pulp and paper committee sponsors a 4-day technical conference including papers, panel sessions, and tutorials on topics relating to pulp and paper engineering community each year.

Style & Template

Authors who are writing and/or presenting a paper should read and follow the Authors Guide and Paper Style Sheet files posted on the PPIC Committee website.

 

Deadlines –  Paper Review Key Milestones

Late September Subcommittee Interim Meeting via web-ex/conference call – Rough draft available for reviewers
Early October Full Committee Interim Meeting via web-ex/conference call
Mid October Authors: Rough draft to reviewers
Mid November Reviewers: Review of rough draft due
First Week of January Authors: Final draft to reviewers
First Week of February Reviewers: Review of final draft due.
First Week of March Authors: Email Final Manuscript, to Technical Program Chair, formatted in compliance with 2020-PPIC-Paper-Style-Sheet
Mid March Program Chair: Creates and sends email invitations to authors via ScholarOne Manuscript System
First Week of April Authors: Upload paper to ScholarOne Manuscripts via invitation. Complete the on-line copyright transfer and file the Author’s Data & Release Form and Co-Author’s Form through ScholarOne.
April/May Authors:  At least on author must register for conference
June 11-16, 2023 Annual Conference – Spokane, WA, USA
